If you are unsure, book the complimentary Colour Consultation or get in touch. We will help you work out the right service for your hair and what you would like to achieve.

Of course. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. You can move your booking online using the link in your confirmation email, or reschedule by phone, WhatsApp or email. See our cancellation policy for details.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or move your appointment so that other clients are not kept waiting. A quick call or message helps us plan.

Please do. Pictures of looks you like, and ones you don’t, are one of the easiest ways to show us what you have in mind.

Yes. If you are new to us or planning a big change, we recommend a short colour consultation first. It is complimentary, takes about 15 minutes and may include a strand or patch test.
